The offer and sale of products through the website www.iriocaffe.com are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale. The General Conditions of Sale are formulated in compliance with the legislation on contracts concluded outside business premises and in particular with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code).

Parties to the contract
The parties to the contract are as follows:
- Irio caffè: Irio caffè sas di Valanzano C&C, with registered office in S.Antonio Abate, Via E.Forzati 18, Company Register of the Naples Chamber of Commerce, Tax Code and VAT number 055351055.
- Customer: the final consumer or the natural person
  acting for purposes unrelated to its business and professional activity, identified through the website www.iriocaffe.com or by telephone, which has concluded an order accepted by Irio.

Application and modification of the General Conditions of Sale
By placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions of Sale. Irio
  reserves the right to change the General Conditions of Sale by giving notice on this page of the site. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force at the time of placing an order. Any changes will be effective after publication on the site.
Characteristics and prices of products or services
The images of the products may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products represented. All support information for purchasing is to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.
The products are offered at the price indicated on the site on the date an order is placed.
The prices are inclusive of VAT which will be indicated in detail in the product purchase invoice, if issued.
Prices do not include transport and delivery costs which are in any case indicated in the final section before sending an order and specified in the order receipt confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer.

Order execution
Orders can only be made from and to the following territories: Italian Republic, Republic of San Marino, Vatican City.
Orders are subject to minimum or maximum quantity limitations and products are offered within the limits of stock availability.
The steps to place an order and to conclude the purchase contract are clearly highlighted in the sequence of pages of the site through explanatory texts and graphics.
After confirmation of payment, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

Confirmation of receipt of an order and acceptance of the same
Once an order has been received, Irio will automatically send a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, in which all the details of an order will be summarized. Following the receipt of an order, Irio will check the availability of the ordered product and only after this check will it communicate its acceptance of an order and the shipment of the product.
In the event that Irio is unable to fulfill an order received, it will promptly notify the Customer.
Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or things caused by the non-acceptance of an order.

Payment methods accepted
Irio accepts payment only through the systems listed below:
- Credit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard).
- PayPal: online payment system that allows any company or consumer who has an email address to send and receive payments, after registering. Payment is made through the PayPal payment platform.
 
- Cash on delivery.
Payment will be made in cash to the express courier upon delivery.

Shipping of products
Product shipments and deliveries can only be made in the territories of the Italian Republic, San Marino and Vatican City. Irio will ship the purchased products exclusively to the destination specified in an order. We do not accept shipments to post office boxes.
Irio will ship the products ordered by the Customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the same, approximately within 24 working hours from the acceptance of the order. Delivery generally takes place within 4 working days. The times indicated for the receipt of the goods are indicative.
Delivery costs are invoiced on the basis of the rates indicated on the site
  on the date an order was placed.
The recipient of the goods is responsible for paying the taxes and customs duties provided for by the legislation in force in the territory of destination of the products.
The courier is responsible for the delivery. Irio undertakes to collect any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of the products
  and, if necessary, to assist the Customer in protecting their rights as required by law.

Customer acceptance of the product
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately notified by placing a specific indication on the delivery document. By signing the courier's document, the Customer certifies the real external integrity of the product and the conformity of the delivery.
Any problems concerning the real physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 10 working days of delivery by sending an email to info@iriocaffe.com.

Billing
An invoice will be issued for each order of the private customer who has entered their tax code, and for each order of the professional customer or company with p. VAT. To issue the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of an order is valid. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. When ordering, it is necessary to indicate if the shipping address is different from the billing address. If the private customer chooses not to enter their tax code, or the professional or company customer their p. VAT, Irio will not issue an invoice or certify the payment by issuing a receipt or tax receipt (articles 22, paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72 and article 2, letter oo) of Presidential Decree 696/96) "

Right of withdrawal and return rules 
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n.21 implementing Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, the Customer can return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the purchase amount actually paid.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the product in the following ways:
1. Before the expiry of the aforementioned term, the Customer will send a registered letter with return receipt to Irio or by presenting another explicit declaration to that effect. The communication can be sent, within the same term, by telegram or e-mail to the address info@iriocaffe.com).
2. The Customer is subsequently contacted by Irio to take charge of the return.
The return of the product must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
The refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product includes shipping costs.
In the event that the value of the products has suffered a decrease caused by handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, (by way of example: damaged products, not properly or completely packaged, or in which certain parts are missing or have been damaged, such as components, elements, accessories, packaging materials, boxes, documentation and / or other objects), Irio will reimburse the Customer the purchase sum less the value of said decrease.
  In the event that the Customer sends back products beyond the aforementioned deadline  o in the case of open and / or partially used products that do not lend themselves to being returned, the right of withdrawal does not apply and Irio will return the purchased good to the Customer, charging the shipping costs to the Customer.
With the limitations mentioned above, Irio
  will reimburse the amount actually paid by the Customer within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal by means of a credit note on the bank account or credit card, or check.

Warranty
All products, other than food products, sold by Irio are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002 and subsequent amendments and articles 130 and 132 of Legislative Decree .Lgs. 206/2005. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice, or, where nonexistent, the transport document.
If the purchased product has manufacturing defects and / or has been damaged during transport, the Customer may request its replacement within the mandatory term of 10 days from receipt by telegram, or by e-mail to the following address info @ iriocaffe. com.
  The customer is also required to return the defective or damaged product in its original packaging intact in all its parts.
In case of replacement of the product, the shipping costs for the return are borne by Irio. Irio will then replace the product with an identical one or, in the event of out of stock and after agreement with the Customer, with one of equivalent value.

Current law and competent court
The sale of products and / or services takes place in the territory of the Italian State and is subject to the laws in force in the Italian Republic. The competent court for the resolution of any dispute will be that provided for by the Italian legislation in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
