A carefully crafted aromatic profile: cocoa and almonds open the cup, citrus notes add vivacity, a floral touch closes the sip cleanly. No off-notes. Everything in its place.
 The roasting is what we have been doing since 1992: with oak wood, slowly, in small batches.
